    Carolynn is an experienced commercial litigator licensed in California, the District of Columbia, New York, and Virginia.  She handles a wide range of matters, including complex business litigation, labor & employment litigation and counseling, and advertising, media, & first amendment law.  She has counseled and advised business owners and employers, and has represented clients ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.  Carolynn graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and was a member of the inaugural class of Baylor University Law School’s Master of Laws program in Litigation Strategy and Management.  Her education in litigation management, along with her deep practice experience, allow her to obtain the best possible results for her clients as efficiently as possible.
