Goldstein & McClintock LLLP filed chapter 11 cases on behalf of seven American Invsco affiliated entities to address the financial difficulties the entities faced as a result of the pervasive downturn in the nationwide real estate market over the last few years.  American Invsco was not impacted by the filings, and continues to serve as a premier nationwide developer of multi-family residential buildings.
